Workouts

I try to get in five to six workouts every week.  Sometimes that doesn’t happen, but I do my best.  I like to alternate my workouts between longer cardiovascular days (running or biking) and circuit workouts at the gym or a track.  I will upload my workouts as I complete them.  I come from a running background, so a lot of my workouts include some type of running.  If running is not your thing, you can substitute another cardiovascular exercise for the running.  (Stairs, elliptical, biking)

  • Monday: Off
  • Tuesday: 3 mile run
  • Wednesday: Legs, Legs, Legs! circuit
  • Thursday: Off (It was my fiancé’s birthday!)
  • Friday: 6 mile run
  • Saturday: Spin class
  • Sunday: Random circuit
